Pathways to sustaining tuna-dependent Pacific Island economies during climate change
Climate Change Resilience, Biodiversity Conservation
Available Online
Bell, Johann D.
2021
Fishing for tuna plays a vital role in the economic development and/or food security of most of the 22 Pacific Island countries and territories. However in the case of ten of these Pacific Island Developing States (SIDS), the contributions of tuna to the economy are so substantial that these SIDS are tuna-dependent.
