This new State Solid Waste Management Strategy (SSWMS) is formulated with the aim of enabling Yap State to establish a technically sound and financially sustainable solid waste management (SWM) system. To do so, this SSWMS consists of not only strategic elements but also a mid-term action plan of the first five years with technically, institutionally and financially appropriate options, which will propel realization of the SSWMS

The National Environment Strategy 2017-2022 is a commitment by the Republic of the Marshall Islands to conserve and improve its environment for current and future generations. In the RMI State of Environment Report (SoE) 2016 (SPREP), the Office of Environment Protection and Policy Coordination (OEPPC) worked with other sectors and partners to identify its shortfalls. A strategy to address these shortfalls was developed through the National Environment Management Strategy (NEMS) 2017-2022. The NEMS 2017-2022 promotes sustainable development and integrates environment conservation and the proper governance of development efforts

This is a summary of New Caledonia's Strategy for Invasive Alien Species that threaten natural ecosystems which was endorsed by the governing board of the Conservatoire d'espaces naturels (CEN) at the end of 2016. This summary was produced to raise awareness amongst New Calendonians and visitors of the priority actions that have been developed at the territory level and the urgent need for cooperative action to address this major threat to the country.

The purpose of this 2050 Climate Strategy – which is RMI’s long-term low greenhouse gas emission climate-resilient development strategy under the Paris Agreement - is to outline a long-term pathway for RMI to achieve its objectives for net zero emissions and 100% renewable energy, as well as to facilitate adaptation and climate resilience in a way that ensures the future protection and prosperity of the country and its women, men and youth.
