The MTDP 2011-2015 is the first of four (4) rolling Medium Term Development Plans to implement the Papua New Guinea Development Strategic Plan (PNGDSP), 2010-2030. The PNGDSP clearly sets out the 20-year strategies and targets to achieve Vision 2050. This first MTDP will be a crucial foundation and its implementation will be monitoried closely.
