Subsistence farming will certainly remain a livelihood activity for the people of Kivori, though there will be certain aspects of farming that will have to be changed and the people will have to be taught to become adaptive to the new methods and techniques under the PACC Project. The beneficiaries of the project will be the farmers and the people of the four Kivori villages with a population of more than 1,000. The people have pledged to cooperate and take ownership of whatever is set up for the benefit of the whole community. The way to sustain the set up and the farming of the land for food production and food security will need the assistance of the Food Security Division.
