The purpose of this policy is to outline the rules and principles followed by SPREP when collecting, using and disclosing Personal Data of Subjects.

This policy was developed by the Secretariat to provide a rigorous policy and procedure to direct the procurement process for goods, consultancy services, non-consultancy services, and works on behalf of SPREP. All procurement activities are to be undertaken in compliance of the procurement practices and procedures set forth in this Policy as well as related SPREP policies and procedures , including among other Code of Conduct, Financial Regulations, Conflict of Interest, environment and safeguard policies, child protection policies, international fiduciary standards and procedures.
