This report is the Project Preparation Document (PPD) for the Takitumu Conservation Area. The primary aim of the PPD is to develop a design for a project that conserves the biodiversity of the Takitumu Conservation Area through the development of community based and community managed activities founded upon sustainable resource utilisation practices. A long term goal is to develop participatory planning and management skills at the community level. So that the project continues after SPBCP assistance comes to an end.
