Bring your own bag
Biodiversity Conservation, Waste Management and Pollution Control

Pasifika Communications/SPREP
2007
Bring your own bag is an entertaining look at why plastic bags should not be used for everyday shopping. Plastic bags are often thrown into the ocean or onto the roadside, creating many environmental problems. Plastic bags in the ocean kill sea life and coral, look awful, scare off tourists and breed mosquitos that spread disease. As an alternative, the video suggests that you "bring your own bag". Shopping with re-usable bags is fun and environmentally friendly. An animated turtle tells the story of plastic bags and encourages everyone to bring their own when they shop.`
