Wanting to make a positive difference in the world is one thing, knowing the best way to make that difference is another, yet for the Kingdom of Tonga this ‘best way’ seems to have been found and is being put to use.

The Pacific Islands Greenhouse Gas Abatement through Renewable Energy Project (PIGGAREP) 6th Multipartite Review (MPR) meeting was held in Nadi (Fiji) on 12 -16 August 2013. The meeting, held once every year, is the highest policy level meeting of the partite directly involved in implementation of the PIGGAREP project. This meeting also served as a face-to-face meeting of the 1st Project Board for 2013.
