Held in Vava'u and opened by the Minister of Lands & Environment, this workshop had several important objectives providing a platform for training activities and a clear understanding of the benefits to be achieved upon conclusion. Some of it's objectives was to provide a forum for discussion on guidelines and regulations for whale watching in Tonga. The venue of the workshop was based on the fact that the Humpback whale, now decreasing in population, travels to Tonga to breed and give birth.

Wetlands of the Pacific Islands are continuously used as dumping sites. In addition, the habitats it provides are quickly disappearing as more space is needed for development. Clips of such activities are shown especially on Arnavon Island with the Arnavon Marine Conservation Area. Provides quiet footage of the wetlands and the threat from developments such as improper waste disposal, soil erosion, and deforestation.

Due to lack of understanding and the need for development, communities are often agreeing to the logging of their forests by overseas companies. Nowadays, people are voicing their concerns and fears as their forests are cut down at a tremendous rate. This video is a recording of these events, as well as a clip of Michael Jackson's "Earth Song". Also appearing is Wan Smolbag Theatre of Vanuatu addressing the issue of protecting the rainforest and the environment, using humor to attract public attention.
