The world 'launch and premiere' of a new animation video - The Pacific Adventures of the Climate Crab will take place today. The film stars a comical crab that can cope well with disasters such as drought and cyclones and follows her escapades across the Pacific. Over recent years there have been extreme weather events such as floods in Fiji, Cyclone Evan in Samoa and Fiji as well as droughts in Tuvalu and the Marshall Islands. The animation aims to assist communities to better prepare for events like these.
