The commemoration of 50 years of the World Health Organization provides us all with an opportunity to reflect on what has been achieved in the last half century. At the same, we must look beyond the present and come to terms with the fact that there is so much more that we must continue to do in order to reach our goal of health not just for some, but for all the people in our region.
