The conference of the parties (COP) at the first of its sixth session, requested its President " to make proposals for the further development and consideration of texts at a resumed session and to seek the necessary advice beforehand in a transparent manner (decision 1/CP.6 on Implementation of the Buenos of the Aires Plan of Action)
