Abstract
Anamua is a Samoan word meaning “a time in the past”. The “Anamua Collection” is a curated archive of digitised videos, audio cassettes, slides, photographs documenting over three decades of SPREP’s work across the Pacific region. Made possible through funding from PCCC under its Knowledge Brokerage component, this initiative reflects a shared commitment to open access, ensuring environmental knowledge is inclusive and accessible for informed decision-making and sustainable development. Months of dedicate effort, sifting through dusty archives, old recordings, CDs, cassettes, and forgotten folders, have brought this collection to life. As a living archive, the work continues.
