Forum Economic Ministers Meeting : Forum Aviation policy meeting and outcome held in Nadi, Fiji on 7-8 July 1998 ; Session 2 Background Paper.

On 4 May 1998, Forum Ministers met and resolved to support increased liberation of air services. This will lower costs in the aviation industry and enhance prospects for the tourism industries and exporters dependent on air services. This paper, to which is attached the Forum Aviation Action Plan, summarises the outcomes form the Ministers' meeting.
