The cost for individual countries to be represented at the WTO is significant, but essential if interests are to be adequately argued. While only few FICs are current or prospective WTO members,WTO rules have, directly or indirectly, significant implications for all Forum members. This paper, prepared by the Forum Secretariat, presents options, and associated costs, for the Secretariat to represent the interests of Forum members at the WTO.
