This draft final report presents and interprets the evidence gathered by an Independent Review Team commissioned by the Pacific Regional Environment Programme (SPREP) to undertake the Second Independent Corporate Review. Interpretation of this evidence leads to several recommendations that are designed to further enhance the effectiveness, efficiency and relevance of the work of both the Secretariat and the wider Organisation.

The project aims to develop climate change adaptation policies and strategies to assist the Pacific Island tourism sector protect and grow local livelihoods.
